Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. Orders may occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local Royal Mail depot.
Item tracking will be emailed to you once your order has been processed – please allow 24 hours for this to be active. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow up to 2 working days.
Orders made before 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay with your order we will contact you by email or phone.
Revitalife are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please ensure you take sufficient photographs of the damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We offer free shipping.
Returns Policy
If the products purchased are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we would like to offer you an exchange or refund, if appropriate.
Please use the form to contact us to discuss the issue with the products purchased.
You must return the products to: the address provided by our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We recommend sending it by tracked delivery and keeping your receipt as proof of return.
If you have chosen to exchange the products, we will dispatch the replacement products as soon as we can once we have received the products you are exchanging.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you the price for the products, including delivery costs and the cost of return, by the method you used for payment.
